I have watched this happen when I stood next to the fence. I held some wheat up for the chickens to see where the fence was failing. I thought maybe if I destroyed it and put it back it would help. I SAW the chicken walk through the fence and I replaced that piece of fence. To no avail. Please fix this bug, it's extremely annoying!!!
