My Xbox one also crashes now in a world I have been playing in for a year. . Going into the nether sometimes, but coming back out always, the game freezes on the screen in between worlds that says “ Building world — Generating terrain”. The only way to get back in is to reboot Xbox one. I come into the game going through the portal. Then sometimes whole chunks are missing in my world. I am playing in creative/ peaceful mode.
Same issue, but not on realm on my Xbox single player world
