That happened to me but only one time
Something similar had to me except for me it went all the way through the bedrock and on my survival world
I have had this issue, have them unadd you and you back restart their games, vice versa until it works. Hopefully the bug gets fixed soon. For anymore help you can start a thread. (Btw I'm not staff)
