this bug does not effect the position of the blocks themselves but it is as if you were to play minecraft blindfolded, to where everything would be where its supposed to be except you just cant see them to well, and well the way to resolve it is to just exit minecraft, and yes that goes for opening up the main menu,chat crafting grid,furnaces, etc.
