Thanks Auldrick. I understand how bugs and development work - I am a software developer.

As a professional developer I also understand customer service.

The bit I struggle with is "this is not the "bug tracker". This seems to be where I am taken if I follow the links from the game and Mojang's web site.

I appreciate all the work the community does - I guess I just expect more from Mojang and from a service I pay for. Not your (or the communities) fault.

Unfortunately I am stuck with Realms as some of the members play from XBox and Switch. If I could move to an alternative  server provider I would.

Thanks again and I will just keep watching this space.

I am currently paying for a service which is partially broken.
