Attached new screenshots with included F3 data shown. The culprits are different on different rebuilds of the same structure (could not find the original tested structure). It's almost random which Dispensers in each build don't update to "Triggered: false" when unpowered. Not only that, but they don't show as "Triggered: true" until after I RMB to inspect their inventory; until then the culprits show as "false" like the Dispensers that are working as intended - even as they are being triggered by redstone, but that may be a block-update thing. I can also break the existing Dispensers and replace them with new ones; refill them; and the replacements for the ones that glitched will also glitch.
