I resolved my problem on my own. For everyone who's have this problem, it's simple. Press windows bottom, write "run", press enter, go to "connected user experiences and telemetry", click and change for automatic, save and reboot the pc! The achievements will work now. I see this solution on a old site of minecraft. Sorry for my english, i'm brazillian
