Is there something wrong with the way I describe it or is there something wrong with my understanding? I don't think this issue is strongly related to MC-116465. The problem described by MC-116465 is that the previous UI's were not standardized, resulting in abnormal font positions. However, the current issue simply describes the slot misalignment. Rendering is correct when the cursor is moved over the slot, it's just the UI texture that's wrong, it only takes 1 pixel of movement to fix it
MC-263314 being tagged as duplicate with MC-116465 is itself a mistake
I think its no related to MC-160810, because this problem is not caused by "handheld.json" and "generated.json", the third person looks strange, it is just the result of different texture positions.
Personally, I think the fishing rod and the carrot_on_a_stick should be moved one pixel to the left, otherwise 2 pixels will leak out of the player's hand in the third person, which is not beautiful.
The issue should be closed, because it should be compared with the in-game visual center to confirm alignment, while in-game it looks all right
I don't think this is a duplicate, and if the painting process is deduced, it can be assumed that the slot is misplaced. Taking the GUI texture of the furnace.png as an example, you can clearly see that the slot of villager2.png is one pixel lower. See the images I uploaded
And unlike the MC-116465, you can clearly see that the virtual display frame is misaligned
villager2.png is a New Version GUI texture, so no
