Also have same issue on PS4, I get purple and black textures on the menu while its loading the resource pack.

This issue also affects me, its frustrating to buy something and it breaks the game, I get Purple and Black textures while its attempting to load the mashup pack then Minecraft completely crashes to PS4 report error screen,
