I'm seeing this issue as well. For me (Windows 10) it's mostly noticeable when restarting a world. The lighting will be all off and I have to walk around a bit to get it to reset. Occasionally, that's not enough and I actually have to place a touch (after which I can break it) to fix to lighting.
