I have a possible fix for those not getting the achievement. This achievement wasn't working for me, I had tried so many times to get it to work with no luck. Eventually I got it to work. As well as a friend have the same issue used this fix, hope this helps. I smelted wood in one furnace to get charcoal, took this charcoal to a new furnace and using that charcoal to smelt wood, this gave me the achievement, finally have all 103 now.
