manufacture on intel last update was in 2009 for windows 8
Do not use Windows Update or Device Manager - Microsoft doesn't install
OpenGL, they promote DirectX. - Already installed windows 10, causing all
problems.

It has something to do with Graphics Drivers because when I installed a different Graphics Driver ( from intel 2000 HD integrated Graphics to Microsoft basic display adapter ) it worked
