It has something to do with Graphics Drivers because when I installed a different Graphics Driver ( from intel 2000 HD integrated Graphics to Microsoft basic display adapter ) it worked

this is not a bug . turn off any resourse packs to enable achievements

If you are using Java arguments to increase the amount of memory, please
reduce it to the default 512MB. - Done

Do not rely on automatic searches for driver updates. - Cant find my
manufacture on intel last update was in 2009 for windows 8

Do not use Windows Update or Device Manager - Microsoft doesn't install
OpenGL, they promote DirectX. - Already installed windows 10, causing all
problems.

If you know the brand and type of your graphics card, go to the links
provided above and search manually for the most recent driver for your
card. The automatic detection tools of the card manufacturers are not
recommended. - Last update was in 2009

Do not rely on automatic searches for driver updates - Cant find manufactures Intel (R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family If so years old. (Tried manually)
Do not use Windows Update or Device Manager - Microsoft doesn't install OpenGL, they promote DirectX - Already installed Windows 10 and cannot download OpenGL anymore.
