I was able to fix the problem by resetting the port forward, it seemed to be causing an issue with the port forwarding after the minecraft laucher update, which was easily fixed by resetting it.

Please help, I have been having the same issue and can't seem to fix the problem, I've tried to remake the server, but it still crashes after 2 seconds of opening. It only does that when I put my Default Gateway in the server-ip= in the Server Properties, but it won't open the server if I don't put my ip. The run.bat doesn't work either, but I never needed it after it added the files. My friend is also experiencing the same problem.
