Okay thanks I guess, I just don’t see how an issue could be labled “resolved”, when In fact the issue has not been, and is still an ongoing problem for over 3 years now.. I just hope it’s actually being looked into, and not just ignored as “unimportant”. It just seems unfair that certain accounts have kept their founders cape, while older Minecraft accounts like mine, or even older ones, have lost theirs without any apologies whatsoever. That’s all, I understand you all are busy. The reason I didn’t label this with the others was to attempt to not just get pushed aside like the last time I posted this issue, but I guess that’s still how you all run this company. 3 years just seems like it would be enough time to fix a player cosmetic item.. maybe it isn’t, I’m not going to claim that I know anything about the logistics. So I’ll just wait. But this is very disappointing and some could say, damaging of the public image..
