This happens on iPod Touch 4G, 5G, iPhone 4 and 4S. Don't know why; must be because the spawn rate timer to too tight...
iPod Touches don't have vibrate. Not a bug, just user misunderstanding.
We need this fixed. There is no point in netherrack otherwise.
