Are you playing on a server?

Some servers have protections against hacked clients to fly around when your not supposed to and sometimes it works to well and kicks people that arent using hacked clinets.

You can always check if there is a problem with your phone outside of minecraft.

you have to change the setting while in the world selection screen in that worlds settings.

This can happen when your connection to the server is bad due to poor internet connection.

If the chunks were loaded before 1.16 then they wont have 1.16 features.
