Since nobody mentioned this, At least for me, It looks like this bug isn't present on (X)wayland

I also have this bug, but it has already been reported here: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-144107.

If you are running MC in a window have you tried playing fullscreen, because that solved this issue for me?

I also have this problem, Arch Linux + KDE, intel GPU

This bug is still present in Minecraft 1.13.2. Game still runs with Xwayland and not natively.
