After experiencing bug MCPE-139680, a newly created world is affected by this problem with Cliffs and caves toggle turned on.

This problem might be a failure on loading an existing saving, because the first time I get there everything is just fine. In addition, it persists when another world is created with experimental features turned on only.

I noticed this fatal bug when all my chests were divided and y-axis was heightened to an abnormal condition so that clouds are close to the sea level, not to mention the husbandry loss. In addition, all the contents in chests are gone. Duplicating doesn't help for me. I'm wondering whether the "Save and Quit" process corrupted the record.
