Sounds like you already redeemed it (on the wrong account), so i wouldn't say this is a bug, but a human error. Your best bet is to reach support via their support page. (Not here)
This isn't a bug. there is no gravity for blocks (some blocks have gravity, such as sand and gravel).
search Mojang support in google and there should be a link to submit a support ticket
