It is now May 12 and I still can’t sign in to my son’s XBOX Live account on his Switch. It is also giving me some kind of an error message called “crossbow” for the marketplace. He can play not logged into his account but this is getting kind of ridiculous that I can’t sign in. Is there any update on if this is still being fixed or if there is an update of some kind? I haven’t heard anything about this issue since I first started on the thread.
Just an update that it has now been 5 days and I still cannot connect my Xbox live account on my son’s switch.
I don’t get an error message. It just keeps asking me to sign into XBox Live and then wants me to put a code in to https://aka/remoteaccess- different code every time. It always says Success and that I can play on the Microsoft end, but once I go to login it gives me the website and a new code again. It’s been 3 days this time since I’ve been able to connect the account. Normally if I put the codes in over and over for a solid hour it’ll eventually connect. But this has been going on for me for 2 years. And I’ve also had no issues on other devices. Just the Switches we have. But Nintendo and a Microsoft both say it’s not on their end. 🤷♀️
I did search for this existing issue and didn't find it from the link I was given. And no one told me which to report under, so I didn't know where to report it. I guess I'll just waste more time and re-submit another report.
May 26 now and I still cannot sign into my son’s Switch Microsoft Live account for Minecraft. Can someone actually give an update of SOME kind? Your customer service really really sucks.
