I have the same problem since 1.13

We have the same problem in 1.14.4 on a minecraft server,

When we place blocks on certains chunks, a huge lagspikes appears on the FPS monitor and the game freezes a bit.

i don't think its a bug , its intended that the foxes can go inside bushes without taking damages.
