I managed to start the game once and noticed my performance in game was greatly boosted while using the new launcher. But I haven't been able to launch the game again since then.
I am using the old launcher, which works fine. But I really do want to use this new launcher, so I hope this bug along with the "launcher crashes when downloading a new version" bug is fixed soon.
