Yeah, that’s marked Resolved, but it isn’t. I can’t launch the game, and I haven’t seen any suggestions as to how it can be fixed.

Edit: I see that there is reference to an upcoming hotfix 26.52 which isn’t yet available. I haven’t seen any official statement about it, so I’ll wait and see what happens before I call the issue resolved.
