I agree that this needs to be changed. I enjoy dynamic FOV, but Soul Speed III + sprinting is just too much. It stops being a nice visual indication of speed and starts being a nuisance.
On a related note, I feel like there is a similar issue with Turtle Master II. The FOV gets far too narrow while the effect is active.
