Attaching a resource pack that consistently causes this issue on my end when added to the realm. The behaviour I'm seeing is synonymous with what OP is describing

Adding info from my ticket here. I can replicate this behaviour on my realm.

Can confirm this behaviour happens with a new vanilla realm world with any resource packs added. Tested with:
-3rd Party: Vanilla RTX Normals 1.6.0 and 1.7.8
-Marketplace: Texture Update Pack
-Marketplace: Legend Textures

In each test case, only one resource mod was active on the server at any given time (apart from the base pack). This behaviour only occurs on realms and does not occur on offline worlds

This behaviour does not occur with no behaviour packs installed, but consistently occurs when any resource packs are added. This includes official marketplace packs. Is there an official RTX texture pack that I can install that does not exhibit this issue?
