I've also had an issue with input delay, whenever I move my mouse or press a key there is a delay to my movement. I've figured it might be because I have a second display screen seeing as I kept getting the please update your drivers even after I updated them and everything, and once I disconnected it started working fine. It is ideal having that second screen there tho... Hope this helped!
