I just downloaded the latest Snapshot as of 2/16/13 and this issue still persists. It is not resolved. Instead now it just flings the item out of the top in the forward direction like the dispensor is facing up and a wind carried it forward.
Do you know this 100%? Because this unfortunate and seemingly useless update sucks. If so, is there any other way that you know of to make it pop down?
