you do realize that items dissapearing is a feature? its called despawning, and almost everything in minecraft despawns, exceptions here and there
a little reminder: the smoker can ONLY cook food items, and will do so at seemingly 50% / 100% speed up,
the blast furnace can only do ore, and the normal furnace can do more and stone and glass.

This, much like your previous report, is true and i can corfirm both, and i do support your oppinion in that shears should be able to be used to collect these,
this is true, BUT so it is for breaking dead shrubs and grass, although they will drop sticks and nothing respectively.
The pickaxe will not lose durability. True.
Please do look upon your ingame minecraft, settings and go to controls and re-check that your right click is bound to place blocks/block/draw-bow/etc
isnt this because leaving and rejoining the game despawns the enderdragon and then respawns it?
