this kind of flying machine does only work in the java edition of the game. in bedrock you can only build one-directional flying machines.

have you tried reloading the world?

did you try reinstalling the game? But please remember to save your worlds somewhere before uninstalling.

this is not a bug, its a function, so you hear, from what direction the sound comrs. you could place the jukebox all around you to fix this problem, or you could wear no headphones.

it could be that the villagers needed a workstation but there was none so they stayed the standart. In the newest update villagers without a workstation are clerics.
