Stairs does not rotate 90-degrees when placed. They all face east. And there is another bug concerning chiseled quartz. When you place a chiseled quartz block from your inventory, it places a normal quartz block instead.

Hmm, curious, I play on the mindcrack server too and I dont get such messages. I only get them in snapshots.

I think I found the source of the problem : in my world, I've got very fast command block clocks running. Whenever I'm close to them, the sounds doesn't work properly, but when I get far enough, the issue is fixed.

Redownloaded this folder, still no changes, and no error message in the console.

EDIT : After a few minutes, I start getting messages like this one :
