I have the same problem. My account, NoLongerBoosted, is stuck in a loop. Minecraft support cannot help me. The issue was definitely not fixed, even after 3 years, despite the reports being incorrectly marked as resolved. They should be reopened until a proper fix is implemented for the sync between Minecraft and Microsoft Account/Xbox profile events.
