Also seeing the logs in villages. While I agree that the slabs should be mentioned in the title, torches have been attaching themselves to the air since who even knows when, to the point where it seems intended.

Someone needs to update affected versions to include everything between 14w04a and 14w27b, and someone else needs to make the mod ticket understandable and remove the supeflat specific part. They're not spawning period. Large biomes, flat, normal, custom, anything.
I'm honestly surprised that this started/was reported in 14w04a, and it's 14w27b and still hasn't been fixed. And then there's the new problem with the houses spawning with sideways logs instead of vertical.... What do they have against the villagers!?!
