I also tried reproducing this issue to other worlds ,and it really only happens in this one, i am willing to give more videos if needed.
Same here i cant some how download 1.19 on my xbox this happened before in 1.17 i just software update and worked so far still stuck on 1.18
I can tell this issue is fixed around 1.18.31 it dosent happen enymore i know i am late to reply to this sorry...

Yes you can see in the vid its powered by levers
Possibly if you till your fps dropping it can cause few glitches so if i wear you download fps addon gui to see your fps on your screen, but if your in beta you will see it on the top left
Try changing your smooth lighting in options-video settings-smooth lighting level.

Its possible that piglins can cause fire before you post enything search google first

Both Fire Aspect and Flame are nullified on all Nether exclusive mobs other than Piglins and Hoglins due to fire and lava immunity. Normal skeletons and endermen are not immune even in the Nether.
