This also recently happened when I made a cake shop and it would do the same thing for me. At first I restarted my game and it didn't work then I uninstalled then reinstalled and it didn't work. It will only let me make one cake then if I make another one the 3 buckets will disappear then it will do the same with everything I craft till I get out of the realm and go back. I feel your pain buddy.
