That's what the first guy said and nothing changed, I updated my drivers and still nothing, theres nothing wrong with my card, i've explained all of this...

So I found another issue reported that has my exact issue and they have pictures of it
This is exactly what I'm experiencing I posted an issue but haven't had much help so far.
Still breaks.
That's what it was... I disabled cortex as well and it worked but didn't know that's what fixed it.
