Seriously. It should not take 5 to 10 minutes just to be able to select a skin.

I am having this same issue, and have now for at least a couple months. Same version and platform. This was not fixed with the latest hotfix.

Yes, appears to be resolved for me as well.

Also an issue with the Skyrim and Norse Mythos packs
