Reproducible in 25w09a, not reproducible in 25w09b or 25w10a with any variants of bug (portals, lava cauldrons, or tripwire hooks).

This bug also applies to end portal and nether portal blocks, where both will cause the player to enter their respective dimensions when leaving spectator.
