Just tried to make a piston, and I cannot make those with spruce/jungle/birch planks either. Also cannot make a boat, trapdoors, signs, crafting tables, wooden tools (i.e. swords, hoes, pickaxes, etc.), anything that needs wood planks now will only work with oak.
