I have tried this on two iPads that have Family restrictions(apple) enabled, even with different Xbox live accounts. One Xbox live account has family restrictions, but either can produce the error. I’ve signed into a Xbox live account with no purchases or restrictions and the same issue persists. When I sign out of the account, the app works ok. I’ve tried reinstalling the app on one device with clean install and settings. When I tried it on my iphone which does not have family purchase restrictions enabled, the app works fine. This seems like an issue with either iPadOS or Family restrictions. My iPadOS version is iPadOS 16.5.1 (20F75). Device is iPad Pro (11-inch) (3rd generation) MHMT3LL/A A2301. The device is 5G enabled, but it occurs on either Wi-Fi or 5G.
