The gold tracks operate as normal, yes. However, the silver Activator rails are whats glitching out the mine cart. Whenever it makes contact with said rail, It progressed slow and moved like it was getting hit over and over

Not quite. It goes for both activator rails and powered rails. Both. I've tried going onto one from a normal rail (which, NORMAL rails work fine) and starting on a powered rail and it does the same violent mine cart shake and I cant stay in it.
