i keep getting the same message as well, theres another thread posted about this same issue that says resolved but its being commented on very recently that people are still having this issue and the help provided does nothing at all. Hope the issue gets solved soon.
I emailed the help provided on the minecraft main page and the information they gave me is the same as it is on here and didn't help at all, the issue is still happening so please re-open the thread. I bought the realm only 2 days ago and I can't even play on it.
