Problem fixed! The new 1.8 update fixes it.
I was using a custom skin! In fact I was trying to change it to my ‘christmas’ skin but then the crashing started. Thanks for the solution.
If anyone has any solutions please let me know.
The customs skins are still not working, but everything else is!
