I am experiencing the same issue. I have attached to Addons, NewTools and MoreOres that can be used to reproduce this issue. as well more info below on whats happening
BDS: Version 1.14 OS: Windows && Linux
all addons that add content to the game will not show in game and are not spawnable by command. when level is loaded in Host MC client the Addons work, When the Client connects to server the correct packs are downloaded and showing as active but items not there.
texture packs(besides some bugged ones) Work Just Fine. Even addons that reskin an item work fine. this seems to be and issue only when a new object or item is added to the game,
