This is also happening to me on Android (Xoom & Samsung Note 10.1 tablet and Samsung Note phone), that is, I experience partial saves, it saves what I've been working on, but not what else has been built in other areas of the land (this was experienced in "creative" mode). This copy is a very useful feature and would be nice if it worked correctly.
With regards to "Walter Henstra", grow up and make you server invisible by default, this will stop people connecting to your world if I'm not mistaken!!!
