As far as I know, the Amazon Appstore does not make beta versions available for download. Also there is no indicator that 1.14.21 is a beta release.

Tonight I was able to access my realm without updating versions (still 1.14.21) however when I Saved and Quit there was "(expired)" next to the name of my realm. I decided to download the world in case I lost access again, but Minecraft claimed that I did not have enough space despite having plenty.
