On Realms, I was hit by a blaze fireball. This fireball set me on fire as expected, but it also gave me extra health (absorption) as well as fully repairing my armor.
I attached a video to this issue. You may notice that, at the beginning of the video, I had extra hearts. This was also from a prior Blaze attack and not any normal source of the Absorption potion effect. Also, cheats are not enabled in this Realm.
I can reproduce this fairly consistently. All I have to do is get hit by a blaze fireball.
