Edit- Through some tedious yet functional methods i was able to "change" my world seed. I actually had create a world and to set it to the original seed from there i had to copy a bunch of files over from my save old save. Really annoying to do but definitely possible. Mojang please do your best to fix this bug its a pretty nasty one.
I also noticed a significant performance decrease with the 20w22a snapshot.
Hey Lucas, first you should put everything in your inventory and ender chest somewhere safe. After that you have to create a new world in whatever version you are in (using the original seed) and from there you want to copy over your region, dim 1 and dim -1 files from the corrupted world. Once you've done that you can delete the region, dim 1 and dim -1 files from the new world and paste in the new files. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the tutorial I used, hope this helped and if you're having any issues feel free to ask.
