I'm running a Lenovo Yoga II with an Intel graphics card. Have disabled antivirus, have disabled windows updates, have logged as an administrator, have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft (for Windows 10), have updated all drivers (all were current already).

Me too. Never had this issue before, but it's been constant now for over a week. I've seen lots of reference to it, mostly very recent.
