I just searched the bug tracker more thoroughly and discovered that this has been an ongoing issue for GearVR users since release. I really love the game in VR and feel like I am not able to enjoy it as it was advertised.

Can you give an update as to the status of this broken mechanic?

As it stands now, I am left with the impression that I was falsely advertised to. The game includes multiplayer which requires the ability to communicate.. Yet, in the "Resolved" thread for this issue, it states that the game is working as intended; i.e. an essential game mechanic has been disabled. Based the responses for this issue, the clear implication is that the company knowingly advertised a core component of the game, which they knew players would have no reasonable access to in order to profit from their ignorance. That is illegal in the United States and subject to civil penalties and class action lawsuits.

Please pass this on to whoever fixes these bugs, as you stated in previous posts, that an update with a reasonable timeline for a fix for this issue is in order. Or refunds and a credit towards a working version of the game need to be issued immediately. Ample time has been given for this issue to be TRULY "resolved."

Please understand this is nothing personal to the Mods or Bug Devs, I am merely stating the reality of the situation at hand. We have been robbed of the experience that was advertised and told it was done intentionally, with no fix, updates, or reparations made for nearly a year. That is WRONG!
