And item frame destroyed cause by destroying the block behind also remain ghost hitbox

Can't see the entity hitbox of remaining item frame but can't open chest or mine block through

It's been destroyed by creeper explosion a few times, but this is the first time that it lags.

And the last item frame is destroyed by creeper explosion by the way, maybe that's the bug

When I move camera to about the rotation that this picture shows, side blocks lags out.
